About Starlight Services Inc.

Starlight Services Inc. is a successful Government Contractor specializing in a broad spectrum of services such as Corrosion Control, Airfield Management, Lavatory Services, Courier Services and Medical Staffing for X-Ray Technologists. We are Women Owned with our corporate office located in San Diego, California. Over the past decade, we have won, implemented and operated numerous government contracts all over the United States.

A Bit of History

Starlight Services Inc. was founded by Rick Hall in 2004. The company expanded quickly largely due to Rick’s abundant knowledge of aviation, as well as his vast military experience. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Marine Corp serving as a helicopter pilot from 1968-1972.  More than a decorated military officer, he was a dedicated marine with aviation as the anchor for his goals and aspirations. Rick built his ambitious career with his wife, Leslie, who is also a licensed private pilot. They both owned and operated a Cessna Dealership in Chino, CA which provided such services as aircraft sales and maintenance, aircraft rentals and leaseback opportunities, charter services and a complete flight school. Rick ended his commercial career as a corporate pilot with an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification logging more than 10,000 flight hours. Rick founded Starlight Services Inc. in 2004 with it’s first military contract at Stewart ANG base in Newburgh, New York.

Since Rick’s passing in 2008, Leslie Hall has successfully continued the operations of both companies and has aggressively broadened the scope and goals of Starlight Services Inc.  She has developed a strong management team and cultured great work ethics throughout each corporation. We take pride in our history, our knowledge and skills and have great aspirations for the future.
